We currently only ship within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–10 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the USPS service level selected.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we can re-ship it at your expense.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order is shipped and in the hands of USPS, we are not liable for any delays, losses, or damages.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at polarizedinfo@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll do our best to make it right.
